What’s included
- Storefront cylinders and deadbolts — the glass doors up and down West Colonial Drive (SR-50) get keyed, rekeyed and fixed.
- Panic bars and exit hardware installed and repaired — a latch that won’t latch is a safety problem, not a convenience one, and we treat it that way.
- Master key plans for strip suites and small plazas on Maguire and Clarke roads: one landlord key, tenant keys that stay in their own lanes.
- Rekeys on tenant turnover, usually the same week you get the suite back.
- Service doors, gates and padlocks for kitchens, warehouses and yards — including the nursery and supply outfits on the north side toward Apopka.
What moves the price
- The grade of hardware — storefront-grade cylinders and exit devices cost more than residential parts, and last longer.
- How many doors are on the job and whether they need to share a key plan.
- Timing — work that has to happen after close or before open is scheduled differently.
Commercial jobs start at $120 and are quoted per job — you’ll have the number before we head out, not after.

Quick answers
Can you rekey our store without closing for the day?
Usually, yes — early morning before open or right after close covers most storefront rekeys. Tell us your hours when you call and the quote will include a time that doesn’t cost you business.
We rent out suites. Can the landlord key open everything?
Yes — that’s a master system. Each tenant keeps their own key, and your master opens every suite door. We map the plan before any cylinder is changed so it holds up as tenants come and go.
The panic bar won’t latch the door shut. Is that urgent?
It is — an exit device that won’t latch means the door isn’t secure and the emergency exit may not work right either. Call and describe it; latch failures get prioritized.
We have two doors now and may add suites later. Start with a master plan?
Yes — the plan is mapped before any cylinder changes, so doors added later join the same scheme instead of forcing a full redo next year.
Do you work with property managers?
Regularly — turnovers, rekeys between tenants and master systems are the backbone of the commercial week. Tell us how many suites and what brand the hardware is.
Doors to sort out?
Count them, call, get the quote — work scheduled around your hours.
